Advertising Information

You can now place a display advertisement on the right side of our gallery guides. Anyone in an art related business, especially galleries and artists can be featured. The price for an image along with the accompanying text is $30.00 for a four weeks. Placement (top to bottom) is on a first come first come first served basis. You can also pay in advance and reserve future display space. You might want to think ahead to the holidays or major art fair months.

Galleries, Artists, Museums, Non-Profit Art Organizations and art services like Art Appraisers, Art Consultants, Storage and Shipping Companies and Art Framers all qualify for space.

Artists can promote their galleries and themselves, by placing advertisements about exhibitions or announcements that you are representation by a gallery. Artists in group exhibitions might consider an advertisement about the show with one of their artworks featured.

Advertisements can be placed in any of our gallery guides that include advertising on the right side. Maybe you're exhibiting in Laguna Beach and want to advertise in our Los Angeles Gallery Guide. Advertising in our New York Gallery Guide is slightly higher, but still only $50.00 for four weeks.


To place and advertisement send the following information:

1. Name of contact person
    

2. Business name, address, city, state and zip
    

3. Email address
    

4. Telephone number
    

5. The page you want to run the advertisement on
   Example: Atlanta Gallery Guide or Seattle Gallery Guide
    

6. Dates you want the advertisement displayed
    

7. Link Name
   This would be the name of your art business
   Links are listed in upper and lower case letters only
   Please double check for correct spelling
    

8. Your Website URL
   http://www.name_of_website.com/
    

9. Image you want to have displayed. Size does not matter, we'll resize it to fit. Vertical images will be resized to 140 pixels wide, Horizontal images will be 150 pixels wide
    

10. Name of Artist featured in the image being displayed
     

11. Title of Artwork and type of art medium
     

12. Copy the above steps, then send the information in an email to listings@art-collecting.com
    This step is very important because it determines location and placement
     

13. Send a payment of $30.00 to the address below
     

14. You will be contacted again when the advertisement is received and when it's been uploaded to the Internet. Give us a call if you don't hear from us with 48 hours.
