The goal of art-collecting.com is to help art collectors, galleries and artists by providing useful information related to the world of collecting art. We do this by providing online art gallery guides, art resources, articles about art collecting.

Dan Fear, started the business in 1996 and he is still actively working with the website. Before getting involved with the Internet he owned and directed The Silver Image Gallery between 1973 to 1993. He has worked with collectors, artists and galleries for more that thirty years and has organized more that 270 art exhibitions.

Our goal is to provide the best available online resources related to art collecting.
We specialize in online gallery guides and provide services related to the buying and selling of fine art as well as the of marketing artworks. As Internet art advocates our goal is to help the traditional art world grow with the Internet. If we can assist you in any way please let us know, because we're here to help.

This Winter (2008), we will start offering artworks for sale. Our focus will be on the sales of artworks previously purchased and that the owners want to re-sell the artworks. If you have works of art that you would like to sell, please contact us for additional information.
