The Gallery started in Memphis in 1995. Nineteen years later David opened a second
gallery up the road in Nashville. Today David Lusk Gallery is known regionally and far
beyond as a leading contemporary art venue. The Gallery began with the goal to represent
a small crowd of artists with a range of reputation, from the southern region to the
coasts. Since then the gallery's program has grown to encompass artists from across the
country with national and international reputations, exhibiting extensively in museums
and galleries worldwide. Today the gallery represents over forty innovative and diverse
artists working across a wide range of artistic practices - from painting and sculpture
